Investigation of Conformationally Restricted GABA Analogues.

Conformationally restricted analogues of GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter, are synthesised and structural-activity relationships are investigated on GABA-A, B and C receptors, which are expressed on Xenopus oocytes.
