Ethnic Differences in Medicine Taking.

The purpose of this project is to explore ethnic and cultural differences, behaviours and attitudes toward medicine-taking and then attempt to bridge some of the gaps.
This has 3 parts:
Part 1: is to explore attitudes, behaviours and beliefs
Part 2: is to gain further appreciation of health literacy and understanding of medicines in various ethnic minorities
Part 3: is to write a strategy and/or learning tool for pharmacists in community practice to improve cross cultural communication, improve adherence and alleviate fears about the safety of medicines .
