My research involves a number of projects:

• Conduct a multi-centre quality improvement (QI) initiative.
• Compare and contrast various published QI models used in the health sector.
• Investigate sustaining change in practice through QI initiatives.
• Investigate and describe current resource allocation in the NSW public health system to QI initiatives related to drug use.
• Explore health professional’s views and attitudes towards QI initiatives.
