Optimising business viability in Australian community pharmacies by integrating cognitive pharmacy services

This research project will analyse the capabilities of pharmacists and pharmacy staff, as well as the flexibility of pharmacy business models to determine the health care and business impact in Australian community pharmacies. Using this information, a greater understanding of how cognitive pharmacy services can be integrated into the existing pharmacy business models will be analysed.
