Characterization of antibodies directed against the purinergic receptor, P2Y11.

My project revolves around the purification of antibodies from rabbit and sheep serum. These antibodies are then tested for reactivity against cells or cell lysates which express the P2Y11 receptor. The main techniques employed are Western Blotting & flow cytometry.
