A supramolecular approach to drug design

Investigating the design and synthesis of
co-crystal systems that mimic biological macromolecular host-guest complexes, with a view to carrying out low-temperature x-ray studies followed by charge density distribution experiments. The combination of theoretical and experimental data on host-guest systems provides a unique insight into the nature of weak intermolecular interactions.
