The Faculty of Pharmacy offers a range of services to business and community groups. Further information can be obtained from the following:

Mass Spectrometry Analytical Facility
The Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Facility and the Mass Spectrometry Analytical Facility is located in the Faculty of Pharmacy. The facility carries out in-house and collaborative research and provides an analytical support service to the pharmaceutical community. Commercial work can also be undertaken.

Herbal Medicine Research and Education Centre
The Herbal Medicine Research and Education Centre (est. 1997) at the University of Sydney undertakes high quality scientific research and education in herbal medicines through an integrative approach. HMREC offers a range of degrees including the Master of Herbal Medicines, a Graduate Diploma in Herbal Medicine, and Graduate Certificate in Herbal Medicine.

Pharmacy Practice Foundation
The Pharmacy Practice Foundation was established in 1978 to help promote teaching, research and debate in the area of pharmacy practice within the University and the pharmaceutical community in New South Wales.

Community Pharmacy Support Research Centre
Australasian Pharmaceutical Science Association is a professional society for individuals with an interest in the pharmaceutical sciences.

Pharmacy Guild of Australia

National Prescribing Service (NPS) is an independent Australian organisation supporting Quality Use of Medicines within the pharmaceutical industry.

The Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia represents hospital pharmacists within Australia.

Sydney University Pharmacy Association (SUPA) represents the interests of pharmacy students at the University of Sydney.
