Laboratory Dedication 19th of May 2006
On the 19th of May 2006 a dedication Ceremony was held in the Faculty to name the Laboratory in honor of Professor Tom Watson. Professor Iqbal Ramzan made a short speech and a plaque was unveiled on the door to the Laboratory. A number of Tom's old students and members of staff were present at a very special occasion to thank Tom for his foresight in getting the first Mass Spectrometer (A Finnigan 3200 GCMS) in the Faculty and realizing the importance of such technology to the research being carried out by a number of researchers in Pharmacy.
