The Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Sydney has a long history of excellence in pharmacy education. Guided by its strategic plan, the Faculty is commencing a period of significant growth in all areas, particularly in the area of learning and teaching, and the Pharmacy Education Unit is a key component of this development. The Faculty has an active Learning and Teaching Committee, and promotes and rewards excellence in teaching – particularly through annual Teaching Awards; and encourages educational innovation, research-led teaching, and research of pharmacy student learning. A wide range of educational projects are underway or planned, examples of which are outlined on this site.
