Summary of community pharmacy services

Many of our research projects develop services which manage chronic diseases as well as informing the development of public health policy. These research projects are detailed in other areas of this website, but are summarised here for your convenience with a pointer to the additional detail.

The research projects involved include: the delivery of S2/S3 products; Home Medicines Review (HMR); Disease State Management (DSM) services in asthma, diabetes and sleep apnea; research into anticoagulation; providing services to monitor communities susceptible to chronic heart failure (CHF); and, investigating mental health services provided through community pharmacies.
